i order stock from dx too,takes an age at min last ship i still waiting for and tracking number they sent is not even track-able via po so put in non reciept with pay-pal,going to have 7 angry customers tomorrow waiting for items which STILL haven't arrived.

And i dont dropship i buy boot stock items from them

Mhh i was really excited about having these guys as dropshippers but not so much anymore. I think im going to buy in bulk and sell for myself.
Is focalprice not worth dropshipping with either?
Any other dropshippers just like DX?
Has anyone used TVC mall? SHould i use them as my dropshipper?

Would just like to update this one.

They do dropship mate, and no I am not taking advantage thank you very much. (How could I send items to my customers when they add their company info in every sale??) Think about it!!

After some to's and fro's we now have a great communication basis and things are back on track.

Robbo mate when did you order? Did you take into account the Chinese holiday period?

Also Focal Price are good. WSDeal on here is their wholesale section. I also dropship from Focal Price on a regular basis, takes from 7-15 days usually to the UK.

Customer service for both are as good as most in the UK. Obviously some will have a nightmare but most of the time both sites arer vert good. Just as you get here int he UK from the likes of Comet etc, one customer can get great service whereas their neighbour may have an absolute nightmare.

There are 2 major considerations when buying from China in small quantities. If you are dealing with most "trading companies", like those that advertise here, very few maintain much of an inventory. They rely on "markets" for their supply. They literally go out and chase down and haggle for what you ordered. Then they pack and ship it.

Or, they have an arrangement with some factories, but have to wait for the goods to be produced, since no Chinese factories keep stock on hand. This is what accounts for the time delays.

The other thing is the shipping and holidays. There has just been a week-long holiday there and orders from 10 days ago are still sitting on the tarmac, so to speak, since they are backed up getting them in the air. Even UPS, DHL, etc. stop or slow down during these holidays.

Of course, there are some sources who do maintain and inventory and can ship most items next day. At Wholesale-District.com we ship almost all orders the following day. Exceptions are some of the DS Lite consoles, we sell them faster than we can get them, and after a holiday maybe some other items.

Just today we shipped a lot of i9 3G phones that we ran out of during the holiday. We had a week's worth, but couldn't quite make it the entire 10 days. The orders were from the weekend, so it took us intil the third working day to get them out, still not bad. Many are much worse.

The problem with DealExtreme is that they don't have the stock they state. I think what happens is when they get an order which they don't have stock of they order it (which can take up to a week), they then send you your item (another week)....you get the idea.

I used then to dropship laser pens a few years ago, was my first ever venture away from my normal web service jobs.

thats why dropshipping isnt good it caused me a lot of troubles aswell

still no sign of my order from 1 and 1/2 months ago yet,and they haven't commented when i placed paypal dispute,can i escalate it now to get my money back ?
