NEW Fully Automated RMA system for returns
Just another improvement to the service to report.
We have now launched a fully automated RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorisation) system for anyone needing to return items purchased from ourselves.
Simply log into "Your Account" and select "Returns" - you will then be offered a choice of which order is to be returned. Click on your order then your options are :
WRONG ITEM SENT
FAULTY ON DELIVERY - ITEM UNUSED
FAULTY AFTER USE - WARRANTY RETURN
ORDERED IN ERROR - UNUSED AND UNOPENED (FEE APPLIES)
After that, its plain sailing and you will be issued with an RMA number which you can give to your clients in order to make my life (and yours) a lot easier.
You will be able to log into your account at any time and check the status of your RMA, thereby keeping you and your client informed of progress and likely time to completion.
Our turnover in July actually DOUBLED Junes' figure and it's clear that some of our systems need updated to cope with the pressures of such an increase. It will release a lot more time for me as this was a manual system for me and was further complicated by the fact that most returns were sent in without any identification whatsoever making life very difficult and tracing nigh on impossible.
If there are any clients with outstanding returns right now, please re-log them with this new system and report any faults / suggestions direct to myself. I have been testing it with a few random RMAs and it looks watertight but they said that about the Titanic.
Also, if you guys have any other suggestions on ways to improve the HH experience, I am always willing to invest my time and money if it results in a tangible benefit for you guys and , therefore, me!
