But would like to use someone that does not require any payments made for membership etc,

use ian or dtg for electricals, abd i think zf dropshipping for clothes, dont know if they charge, for beauty i have not seen anything, perhaps try browsing the dropship forums but i doubt there will be anything, lkastly do lots of research.
