For branded phones there's Tracy who is a member here - http://www.premiermobileshop.co.uk/ and for unbranded imports (uk stock) there's hardwareheroes who is also a member here - http://www.hardwareheroes.co.uk/

I don't do phones but have heard nothing but good things about both of them.

Or, if the dearth of dropshippers makes you feel there is an opening in the marketplace, I can ship them to you from China and you can also become a dropshipper.
