Domains and email addresses???

Im creating an online store and i need to know how i go about getting an email address that goes with it.

e.g i dont want to use ....... @gmail.com
I want it to @ "my website".com

Im looking to buy a new domain name, can i get this with it anywhere?

Buy a domain from any of the big names and as soon as you get it hosted you can create as many email addresses as you like in the control panel.

Tracy its a piece of cake, where ever you host your website should be able to do it for you or if your using cpanel theres a create email address icon, normally your host will allow you 10 email addresses or some are unlimited.

Thanks guys, im just a little confused as im using an online store builder and not sure if i get hosting with it. If i do can i choose not to host with them?

I think it depends what package your using, some may require you to host with them. Ive never used one myself but i know Andy uses a store builder, what one you using?

it lets me use my own domain and email, but tells me i must use there name servers.

With Saajan (Electro-Host) You get up to 5 emails and hosting/domain etc.

Ok i have to host with this company, but how can i do that as i want to use my own domain which is fine, but i how do i get my email address @"mydomain".com as this comes from the hosting company right?
