Agreed, and am very tempted. Have been looking to move into this area for a little while now.
If you don't want to post figures in the open forum, PM me and we can talk further.

I had nothing to do anyway so I thought I'd have a go at it for you,

<h2>www.stickyhoneypotdirectory.co.uk</h2><br />
This website is one year old and was custom made.<br />
It is a subscription website which helps buyers and sellers come together. <br />
There are already hundreds of customers signed up to the website with many suppliers already advertising on the website. <br />
It has the following features already built in <br />
<li>About us tab,</li>
<li>Registration tab (You have to register before you can gain access to the directory),</li>
<li>Subscription tab, </li>
<li>FAQ’s tab, </li>
<li>Contact us tab, </li>
<br />
You can add as many categories to the directory as you need, it has a scrolling new member section to the top of the website. <br />
It has a scrolling banner section in the main page of the directory, an advanced search box, customers can update their company profiles,<br />
logos, product images, contact details and have direct website links, <br />
customers can also edit category details which they want to advertise in and add keywords for search engines.<br />
It has a built in email marketing system, the email marketing system can be customised to target specific types of customers or<br />
markets and you can update the subscription prices at any stage using the admin panel. The website cost 3k to design and build. <br />
We have a low reserve of just £500 on this auction, however, I will be negotiable on this if the auction falls short of the reserve price. <br />
I will transfer the domain name into your own account which will be free if you sign up an account with 123-reg. <br />
We have hosting on the website until the end of this year and then I can help get the files transferred to your own account. <br />
I currently use Go Daddy which is very cheap! <br />
<br />
As the website was custom made you can get any programmer to make changes to the site if you want to upgrade areas. <br />
I can also help with this too! <br />
<br />
The reason I am selling the website is that I now work freelance for local businesses in my area and this business has become very busy for me. <br />
The website needs more time than I can give it and the new owner will need to spend time on marketing and customer service to ensure it grows. <br />
I will provide an official invoice as a proof of purchase and would prefer payment by bank transfer if possible otherwise PayPal will be fine. <br />
<br />
Happy Bidding and please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions!<br />

Re: WEBSITE FOR SALE - www.stickyhoneypotdirectory.co.uk
You have offered free membership to this site before -i think in order to ensure ppl have a good idea of what potential revenues can be generated , it might be an idea to post some "headline" figures -without revealing too much.
Thanks

Re: WEBSITE FOR SALE - www.stickyhoneypotdirectory.co.uk
Thank you to Gerrit for the HTML code, that was very nice of you to do that for me!
In regards to monthly income. I will be honest that most of the income that I have made from the site has been down to hard work on the marketing side. When I have had anytime I have worked on the site and have made in the region of £100 to £500 per month. This can vary a lot depending on how much time you put in. Like most things, you get back what you put in.
The site does need some SEO work doing it and more link building too. This will help more traffic to the site. In the past I have offered free advertising to forum members too. Of course I will be happy to be on hand when I can to assist with any advice with marketing and SEO to the new owner if they don't have the experience.
I hope this helps. Thanks! Adam

Last time this was for sale and people asked for income from the site you posted.
As stated in previous posts you can earn around £1500 per month on a part time basis which is what I have managed to do myself. If the buyer was able to put in full time hours then they could expect to do double that figure if the marketing was effective.
It seems to me Adam you are about as straight as a boomerang.

Re: WEBSITE FOR SALE - www.stickyhoneypotdirectory.co.uk
Yes, I have had one or two months at £1500 when I was trading on the internet full time selling Mobile Phones too.
However, since working freelance with local businesses on the Isle of Wight, I have had less and less time which is why I have stated a lower income.
As stated before you can only earn what you put in. The site needs SEO and more link building for it to become a stable income. I have also had to reduce the prices for advertising since the recession hit as businesses couldn't afford the rates.
However, as the country is coming out of recession prices can be adjusted accordingly. The buyer will need to realise that time will need to be put into the project for it to be successful.

Re: WEBSITE FOR SALE - www.stickyhoneypotdirectory.co.uk
Nope i checked your last for sale thread and you DEFINITLY said that the site (no mention of mobiles) has earned you £1500 per month PART TIME (not full time).
That is the great thing about forums they tend to hold all the stuff you say. We now know why last time you did not release any figures as the were all in your head.

Re: WEBSITE FOR SALE - www.stickyhoneypotdirectory.co.uk
I appreciate you raising this point as I am happy to answer questions for potential buyers and don't want to put people off.
The figure is correct £1500 when I was trading full time on the internet and this does NOT include mobile phones. The income on the website has reduced due to the advertising fees being reduced and the fact that I don't spend all my time trading on the internet. I spend a lot of my time out of the house working for other businesses freelance in my local area hence why the income figure is not what it was a few months back.
As I have stressed you only get the income you desire from the time you put into it. I was surprised how quickly my freelance work took off and therefore the reason for the sale of the site.

I have seen some bad liars but come on you just stated the above and now you are saying it is incorrect 10mins later
YOU said £1500 a month PART TIME.
THEN £1500 a month full time inc mobile sales
NOW £1500 a month full time without mobile sales.
I am totally confused ???
