eBay Trouble
Hi,
I have a problem on eBay, which has occurred twice now. I have been selling PSPs and everytime someone buys one (BIN) their profile says "No longer registered with eBay" and they have a feedback of 0 or under (and private). I think these chains of events are being done by the same person but with multiple accounts. Now this is really annoying me because I always have to get my fee back. Is there anyway to stop this? I have looked in the eBay preferences section and tried to search for blocking non registered users but so far no luck
Can anyone help?

Not registered users are automatically not allowed to bid on items, are they bidding and then becoming non registered as Ebay track them down etc..
I am sure this is correct, a quick email to Ebay should get you the answer you require if this is not the case

Hi MustHaveMobiles,
Well I'm not completely sure because I set the auctions as BIN (only option available) and somehow two Non Registered eBay Members bought the items and then didn't pay up. Plus I checked my inbox now and saw two Nigerian scam emails which are connected to the auction
I've also contacted eBay about this and they said the only way is to complete a Unpaid Item form which gives your fees back.

They become unregistered after they have bought your item

Only gives you your final value fee back, not the listing fee

Yes but once that is granted can you not relist that auction and if it sells the listing fee is credited?
Does mean you are left hanging around waiting though and can't list your item immediately under these terms.

Here's some useful info.
http://ezinearticles.com/?eBay-Expla...ders&id=121249
If you select 'immediate payment required', apparently your listing will stay open until payment is received.
:-)
Brian.
