Default eBay account suspended?

Recently I setup some new eBay accounts to sell overseas. I would allocate each account to an individual country to sell in. I had operations going in Australia, USA, UK and France. And had other account setup but hadn't begun operations yet.
eBay suspended all my accounts, I don't know why this is all they said to me:
"Dear zaacs_uk (zaacs_uk@dodo.com.au),
We regret to inform you that your eBay account has been suspended due to concerns we have for the safety and integrity of the eBay community.
"Abusing eBay" of the eBay User Agreement states, in part:
"...we may limit, suspend, or terminate our service and user accounts, prohibit access to our website, remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep users off the Site if we think that they are creating problems, possible legal liabilities, or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies."
Due to the suspension of this account, please be advised you are prohibited from using eBay in any way. This includes the registering of a new account.
Please note that any seller fees due to eBay will immediately become due and payable. eBay will charge any amounts you have not previously disputed to the billing method currently on file.
Regards,
Safeharbor Department
eBay, Inc. "
They then asked for me to send them information to verify my identity. I have faxed them some photocopies of my ID, and 5 days latter we're still in this situation. I still don't know why my accounts were supended, I had 100% feedback on virtually all of them, my Paypal account is registered, yet they can do this? Has this ever happened to anyone else? Does anyone know what I can expect to happen?

I'm not sure you are really allowed as many accounts as that. I think its classed as abusing the registration system. Not 100% sure though as I have never been in this situation.

Well this is what I found:

Quote:
Note: This page details an eBay policy. For help with this policy, please see the related links at the bottom of this page.

Trying to avoid suspension or restriction by using another existing account or registering a new account, is not permitted. A suspension on eBay may be for a fixed length of time, indefinite or permanent and remains in effect until removed by eBay.

Breaches of this policy may result in a range of actions, including:

*

Listing cancellation
*

Limits on account privileges
*

Permanent Account suspension
*

Forfeit of eBay fees on cancelled listings
*

Loss of PowerSeller status

If you believe another member has breached this policy, please report them to us. For privacy and security reasons, eBay will not share the results of their investigation with you.

Note: Members are permitted to hold multiple accounts. They only breach this policy if they continue to trade on eBay after one or more of their accounts has been suspended or restricted.

If you were previously suspended this is the message you'd typically get.

Although, if you had a verified paypal account and had just ONE US based account you can sell on all the other ebays. There is no reason to open 5 more accounts (although multiple accounts are allowed on ebay)

Hi. I was suspended from Ebay 6 times for different reasons. Don't worry, just email all the documents they are asking for and they will re-instate your account in no time. They take for ever to respond. They make take anywhere from 5-14 days to respond. Ebay is very strict and you can get suspended very easy for any given reason. If you received 3 policy violations you get suspended immediately and for another million reasons I don't understand. But, don't worry, you will be re-instated.
