Hi all,

As some of you are aware I am selling a lot of the properties that I own and one tenant has moved out and left a load of books, I havn't seen them yet as my manager has just given me the phone call but he has glanced through them and there are autobiographies, some cookbooks, humour books etc etc.

Now it seems that there are about 4/5 largish box's (minimum 100 books) and I was wondering if anyone wanted them, obviously postage will be high but if someone is within the Congleton Area (Cheshire, off Junction 17 M6) then they can have them. I can even get my manager to meet you somewhere but I do not intend for him to travel miles as he has other more important tasks.

I obviously cannot guarentee what you get but they are all of a good condition with some being unread and some being old (again his words not mine), but hey they are FREE and even if you drop them on a car boot at 50p each its an easy Ģ50 minimum....

Just let me know but if the distances are to far (IMO) to travel then I will simply drop them into the charity shop local to me.

Mike

How nice of you Mike , Nice to see some people who still give things to people, Out of intrest what you think the carriage would be? Why not put them on ebay as sets of about 10 for say £5-10 plus delivery? Could be quite good as people panick buy for christmas?

They would have been pretty heavy so the carriage would outweigh the value I think, I havn't looked on Ebay as I havn't even seen the books so couldn't compare the prices. I have instructed they be sent to the charity shop in the morning
