Hello,

I won the PSP with 2 games on ebay.
I paid immediately via paypal. Next 2 days item was received by special delivery.
But item is very different as described. He said New PSP with 2 games.
But them came with a lot of scratch and ejector for UMD is like faulty.
He refused to refund and ask for more cheaper. But I really don't want like faulty or used.

How can I do? Can anyone give me idea to resolve?
I made a dispute via paypal. Could I get my money back?

Thanks

Paypal will ask you to send it back at your cost via a trackable method. Once it's been received by the seller you will get a refund (providing he has a verified account with funds in the account).

You need to log it with Ebay aswel, you should beable to get your money back as you paid via paypal. I am having problems at the min with scammers trying to buy things then they say they will not send the money until they get a tracking code, so they expect you to send it first! the best of it he asked me to send it to Nigeria!... I guess they hit both the buyer and the seller!!

I wish you luck !

I am sorry this happened to you. You have to be very weary of who you purchase from these days. Paypal can be safe but as greedyboy said, if that ebay seller takes his money out of his paypal account, you really cant get it back even with a dispute. But I dont want to demoralize you. First try as hard as you can to get your money back. You most likely will. The faster you act the better.
