There is nothing to stop buyers putting 0 for every DSR , even if they had free postage, they receive it the next day, the item was all in tact, as described. They can still put zeros in and leave you neg, and what can you do about it??? f'all!
Yes, i do fear that this may very well be the case with Ebay. The sellers who made Ebay what it is are being stabbed in the back Ebay. I can personally only see 2 ways things will eventually develop
1.Mass exodus from Ebay and the growth of Alternatives such as Ebid etc
2. The creation of a 'super' Ebay alternative to effectivly rival them ie. Google
