security is a fleeting beast, I hope it never leaves you for another.
But from the above I dont see how you took advantage of others misfortunes, you may have taken advantage of an opportunity that arose from someones misfortune, but you didnt create the misfortune.

because what goes around comes around.....
And its only a rat race because of the rats who run in it

Indeed, that would make the entire population, as everyone on this lovely planet of ours, is motivated or working towards a final point, an outcome if you wish. Although it could be said that there are one or two lay abouts that just dont give a ****, and what a waste of a life that is. And in reference to the whole Karma thing, well only time will tell, but what is very true and unfortunate, is that one can only rely on ones self, because beleive me when ur in the sh**, watch how everyone dissapears.

This I cant argue with, I have seen it, watched it and experienced it but I can honestly say I have never been a party to it.

Will never leave me, made people millions during my working days and my money is very secure. Property market could go down faster than Derby County but as dont have mortgages I can sit on the properties and wait also never invest in just one country.
Who cares who's misfortune or how it happened at the end of the day I made profit - who knows maybe I helped, had a few deals go sour.

Well like i said before its not for me if it was I would be driving a top of the range sports instead of a people carrier, have a box at West Ham instead of a season ticket to our local nonleague side and sit in the sun all day instead of working.
Mine would be
"He who dies rich dies knowing that he has left his children with no financial worries"

well put - so you would rather daddy lined his kiddies pockets than carried out some real beneficial goodness on the planet - personally I would be happier if they could stand on their own two feet and take care of themselves than rely on handouts - each to their own though
