Default Amazon :@

Prepare yourselves guys lol

So, I have recently started selling itrips on amazon. I clearly stated in the item bit tht they would be shipped in non-retail packaging. So I have sold about 25 and suddenly this lady contacts me whilst I am on holiday saying that she does not believe the item is new because it is out of its packet :S, it doesnt include the cable (you DONT need a cable), and it doesnt include instructions (its not exactly rocket science). So anyway by the time I have got back off holiday this person has left negative feedback, saying all of the above and that I didnt reply to e-mails she gave me about 5 days!!! Anyway because I am new and this was my first feedback amazon have now canceled my account and stopped be from selling.

I am insulted by this, and cant believe that because of one retard I can no longer sell!

Is there anything I an do?

Did you state in the item description that it will be sent in non-retail packaging?

Remember customers are stupid. To be honest Amazon is NOT ebay where you can sell this type of product. Amazon customers are prepared to pay more and expect more (brand new blister/retail packaged) and customer service, just like the real Amazon.

If you are on holiday, you should shut down at least a week before you go away to iron out any problems before you leave and avoid this kind of problem. I must stress again amazon is NOT ebay and you can not get away with anything but perfect customer services or being a bedroom seller. When you do it right the rewards are there in much higher margins and high quality sales/customers.

I suspect I know who you sourced the iTrips from and I know who originally supplied them. I am afraid to say they are NOT brand new, but used.returns (hence no packaging).

I agree.

The items you bought have been commented on before as being scratched and so on.

a few points:

If you go on holiday, you should switch your store to 'holiday' mode, if no one is there to manage communication.

As already stated, view all consumers as stupid and tell them everything - if there were no instructions, how do they know there is no lead? We all arent brainy techies!

Dont call customers retards, no matter how stupid they are - are you a retard for not answering customer communication or for assuming everyone knows how these things work?

As for the ban, write to Amazon and explain what has happened. If it is you only issue and you have since contacted the customer (via their contril panel) they should reinstate you.
