If you want to keep your account I wouldn't risk listing lacoste items again if I were you. You've had 2 warnings now, the next one they will suspend your account.
As regards the customers who have opened the disputes. If they have opened them for Item not received you just need to go into the paypal dispute and add the tracking number for each one. As long as the item gets delivered then paypal won't do anything. If you get your ebay account suspended though, they will also freeze your paypal account within 7 days and hold your money for 180 days. So I recommend you draw all your money out asap.

Sorry, but no. My shirts are 100% authentic, and I use receipts to prove that fact. I also ship from a storage facility that holds the many thousands of Lacoste polo's that I continue to secure from a legit source, not a drop-shipper. Secondly, my removed listings were sent to my unsold items page, which means they are eligible for re-listing and were not removed at the request of a VERO participant. I have been targeted by loser sellers who simply cannot compete with my excellent feedback, extremely fast shipping, and professional looking auctions. All you gotta do is hit the report button, and the way eBay is acting these days, they will bite on anything. I'm sick of it, so I am now in the process of starting my own site. I'm sick of paying thousands a month to eRape, and paypoop. I'll simply use eBay to promote my own site, and make double the profit!
