I swear to god there is some pinhead-retard at eBay looking at my account while pressing the "screw with this account" button!!! SOOO I get several buzzes from my iphone, and I'm thinking it's those brits again with more questions...I finally took a look after some much needed R&R, and to my surprise, I have 3 paypoop buyer disputes!!...WHY?? Because eBay has decided to pull my auction for COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT!! WHY?? I don't know...They never gave any specifics so I assumed it was because of the trademark Lacoste Alligator used in my auction. OK...Fair game...Makes sense to me, so I immediately removed the logo, and re-listed...I just so happen to check my listings before I called it a night, and guess what? Yup, they have hit me again!!!

This time they said I had to read a "tutorial" on copyright infringement before I can list again. I'm furious at this point, and the 3 inch hole in my wall is evidence of that fact! After (completing) it, it appears that-basically my whole auction is in violation. Why? Because instead of using photos that I took with a crappy digi cam, in insufficient light, next to a lava lamp--I used FREE RIGHTS images found on google images!!! They are much more professional, and most definitely more appealing to my buyers according to my research and comparisons! My auction was without a doubt thee most elaborate, and professional Lacoste listing on eBay, but now I have been reduced to the average Joe-schmo auction with crappy pics, and poor formatting like the rest of the puke who couldn't even begin to compete with my custom made templates! Ebay is basically saying that my auction is so professional that it looks like a spoof of a official Lacoste site. So I get penalized because my listings don't look like a 3 year old made them?!

Now here is where things really get out of hand...I sold 7 auctions before my listing got pulled. All information regarding the sales are gone, and 3 of the buyers have open disputes. I would have no problem refunding them all, but there is one slight problem--I have already shipped their items!! Being that my auctions are no longer valid. Meaning not covered by ebay, they can't leave feed or anything else... Are they still responsible for the sale? What's to stop them from receiving their shipment, and not releasing my money?! When I got hit the second time, I immediately tried to contact the buyers to assure them that everything was fine, and their items are already shipped (yeah I shipped the new orders too) But I'm not allowed to contact them at all! What if more people open disputes!? My paypal could be shut down! I have 2 eBay policy violations now...I could get suspended! WTF am I suppose to do when these clowns are destroying what I built with pure non-sense? This is EFF"D UP, and I'm sick and damn tired of eBay ******** with my account!!! I could potentially lose $2000 behind their *******!!

That's interesting... I didn't know you can download RF files from Google Images...

If you didn't steal the images in the first place you wouldn't have this problem. All images are copyrighted unless they are licenced/royalty free. Just because they are on google, it doesn't give you the right to steal them.

Where are you getting your Lacoste items from? Are you 100% sure they aren't fake? Because of eBays Vero program the brand owner can close your listings down anyway without any proof they are fake or not. It's then up to you to prove to the brand owner they are genuine. If you want to keep your account I wouldn't risk listing lacoste items again if I were you. You've had 2 warnings now, the next one they will suspend your account.

As regards the customers who have opened the disputes. If they have opened them for Item not received you just need to go into the paypal dispute and add the tracking number for each one. As long as the item gets delivered then paypal won't do anything. If you get your ebay account suspended though, they will also freeze your paypal account within 7 days and hold your money for 180 days. So I recommend you draw all your money out asap.

You wont lose money. Send PayPal the tracking numbers and your all sorted. You have still kept your end of the deal by sending the items.
