Help with PayPal please
Hi,
I have recently send a lot of items overseas. Some were registered post and some were standard post.
I have recieved a number of disputes involving these items (send on different days) and filled out a claims form with my postal provider to recover the missing items. This, I have been told, can take upto 2 months
If I have proof of postage for all the items (registered and standard), where do I stand on refunding the buyer? How do I prove that I have sent the items to PayPal and will I be held liable, or will PayPal cover items which were posted but lost in transit?
Please advise asap and ta in advance?
