 I've had my account suspended by EBay and then to add insult to injury they have just sent me another e-mail telling me that Sony Europe has reported me for infringing copyrights blah blah blah. So basically got a load of stock and going no where, last week I had no stock and was going no where lol. Anyone else been stopped selling by Sony? I thought that it wasn't a problem now that the Uk version had been released. Sorry about the rant but had to let off some steam.

have you put a sales lot for a large amount of goods (psp by any chance)?????

you will have to keep emailing ebay asking them why. They will drag there feet for a bit about 2 weeks. Then you will get a email saying you need to verify you have the products (pic, invoice from supplier). Then about 2 weeks later you will get another email saying you need to verify your address. I have been at it for 2 month now and still not got a straight answer. Before you do anything check your listings are not still there as there is a lot of account hijacking going on at the min. So before you sean anything make sure it is ebay you are talking to. I have give up now i sold my psp's to a local shop. It could also be another ebay trader saying you Have not got the stock that can cause problems to as ebay pull you out of the auction before they ask questions this giving the other trader the edge.

What stock is it you are selling if you dont mind me asking.............

Yep PSPs. I've checked and the item listings aren't there. I got quite a few e-mails off them saying due to section 8 of terms and conditions they were suspending my a/c? I then e-mailed them, they responded saying send different documents to Ebay Investigations by fax or post. I was just about to set off to fax them then got an e-mail saying Sony Europe had contacted them due to infringement of copyrights, trademarks etc etc. Don't know what to do now as I have a load of PSPs which to be quite frank I paid top dollar for and no where to sell them. Why is everybody else still able to sell Jap PSPs on ebay, why is it just me they've targeted?

not good play next day. Are you registered as a trader. Depending on how much you want for them you might want to do what i did. I live in a small populated area i went in to the local console dealer which is relatively small shop and sold them to him. you will not get as much as you would on ebay but you should still be able to put some presents under the tree. I have give up on ebay now not going to bother with it. I know enough tech and i t guys to get one up and running on my own think it will just be traders only at wholesale prices to the public. Like dropshippers that would have there suppliers checked before hand. Off subject a bit there but hay it is getting crazy with ebay now. That is all i can say playnextday is look local and look quick if you want to sell them before christmas.

i'm suprised they suspended your account straight away they normally just remove the goods then give you a warning, always said ebay is a waste of time now .

I think it could possibly be because we were registered as a business. Anyway when I get the ipods from Guru4us I certainly won't be bothering selling them on there I've found two buyers for them so I'll leave it at that. Really pi$$ed off though as I've traded on ebay for 3 years under a personal user id and never had any problems, which is why I thought I'd make a go of it as a business, I had a baby four months ago and was going to use this as my source of income. Anyway I don't give up easy, I shall keep ploughing on.

Ebay Is not a waste of time...

Granted its worse than in its hay day but its still good.

Remember that in wholesale you will sell more quantity, but retail is where the Money is!

Ouch. Try Yahoo auctions or iOffer. They aren't as organized as Ebay but I'm sure you can still sell stuff there.
