I am a 1000+ 99.4% pos feedback seller on ebay. (just sell cd dvd's)

This is not a scammer, but probably a genuine mistake. I have almost missed items out of boxed goods before sending them (never done it) but almost. This is just a result of trying to keep up with so many orders. It is likely that your negative feedback would end up being more of a loss to the seller than resending your goods or a refund.

Tell them about it. Then ask for a refund. Then threaten to take further action.

Also try this http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/tp/inr-snad-process.html

I spend £4 for shipping and £31.75 for perfumes. Insurance was optional for £2.00, so total that i spend was 35.75

P.S. Shipping was by Royal Mail Airmail (Small Packets) (its from order details)

Certificate of Posting only confirms the item was posted but not delivered! The seller has a responsibility to deliver as promised not prove he posted it.

You should go back to the seller, give him 7 days to rectify the order or you will take action.
He did send the certificate in a package. Which he can just claim the item was also enclosed. There not gunna make sure its in the package at the post office.

So the package get lost somewhere in post? Or it was returned to seller's address?

Anyway, glad that everything is sorted out and you got your money back :niceone:
