Default item not recived :( what to do?

Hello. So i ordered perfumes from ebay. Payed more to be sure it will be genuine and with fast delivery, so i chosed UK seller with 10000+ feedbacks 99.4 positive. Also day before that i ordered after shave losion from other UK seller. Losion recived after 7 days. And no perfumes till now. Seller is only sended me certificate of sending item. What can i do? My post is only telling that nothink for me, seller giving certificate copy. P.S. Shippment was without insurance

What payment method did you use? I would suggest contacting the seller directly and ask whats going on. If things don't look good you can always open a claim in Paypal.

My advice is ring the seller if you can, emailing them probably wont get you anywhere.

How many days? On several rare circumstances I've been waiting up to 20 days for a AirMail package from the UK, although usually it's just 4-6 days.

Contact seller and see what he can do.

If it was without insurance then you can not claim anything back from the post. You can only ask the seller for proof of sending and then hope that it gets there.

The answer is simple. The seller has to prove he delivered all the goods, not you.

Certificate of Posting only confirms the item was posted but not delivered! The seller has a responsibility to deliver as promised not prove he posted it.

You should go back to the seller, give him 7 days to rectify the order or you will take action.

If the seller can not prove via a tracking number that the goods where delivered and signed for then yes dispute as not received.
