Ebay just pulled about a dozen of my listing because:

"In accordance with the Electronic Commerce (EC Direct) Regulations 2002, sellers operating as a business on eBay.co.uk must clearly display their business name and geographic address in at least one of the following locations:

- On the View Item page ? in the Business Seller Information section
- On their About Me Page
- On a Shop's custom page that is no more than one click from their main Shop page"

I'm sure you all know this but I thought as long as i registered as a business and told ebay my address I was covered and such personal details could be swapped with a customer after a sale? Nevermind live and learn. Hope this will save others from losing their listings

I now notice that they have refunded me for the removed listings anyway so this thread can be deleted? cheers
