Hi there all.
I gotta say something.
I had some bloke place an order on 12th september.

After ordering twice he asked for me to send him an invoice.
Then...
He complained at me asking me to invoice him for one and not two.
I re-invoiced him...
He doesnt pay until the 18th. (6days later, but I am tollerant)

I have a clear policy of taking up to 3 working days to deliver the goods but try my best (usually successfully) to suprise my customers by sending out the same day or the next day.
The 18th was Thursday.

I have had some problems with my car and cant drive it til it is fixed on Monday.. so on this occassion I have not sent this gentleman his order. I will be posting on Monday morning as I have got a lift for the school run and the post office.

It is ok for him to take 6 days to pay but I have to be pure as snow white!!!
I know I am complaining but I feel this may be the place to do it.
I just got an email from him and it said this...

Have you sent it or not??? (that is all he said)

I have replied very politely and apologetically but really! Is that necessary?
I always give a seller a fair chance to deliver the goods.
This is what I mean by people who cannot be pleased. It is rare I dont send out my post superfast. But be less than superwoman once and I get this.:hitwall:

Thanks all.
I feel better now.

To deliver.
I actually usually get orders out the same day or the next day in the post.
I have a reason for this. I like to give my customers a better service than they expect and I actually think 3 working days for a delivery to arrive is fair enough.
Dont you?
Also it allows for any complications that may arise. If for some reason I cant get to the post office I dont have to panic.Do I?

Are you joking? ebayers expect the postman at the door the instant they click 'buy'. :niceone:

I know.

It is ok for them to take weeks to pay but as soon as they have you must drop everything and treat them with the highest regard.
I usually do mind you because they are my bread and butter after all.
