Another horror story...I'm sure you've heard it all before...And that's the problem. Too much crying, and complaining, and not enough action, and I'm going to do something. Even if it means cash out of my pockets.

I threatened to sue paypal once - not so long ago actually. Got a very apologetic letter from them and was told that nothing like it would happen again - and to be fair nothing has happenned yet so maybe try ringing them - ask to speak to whoever you talk to supervisor - they will try and fob you off the first couple of times but if you ask a few times you do start climbing the ladder - i think i ended up talking to the departments manager.

Thanks. I hope more people realize that they can't continue to cling to their mediocre profits, and stay below the "radar". Ebay uses sophisticated, and illegal technology to screw you, and your a damn fool if you think you can beat it alone. Sellers need to unite, and do something now, or the cycle will continue with each new batch of eBay wannabes. And people keep saying foolish things like "Why not just leave eBay" or "No one is forcing you to sell there" Well, I got a lot of problems with my country, but I'm damn sure not gonna leave it! I'm gonna stand up, and hold the clowns who run it accountable!

Thats the problem, no one wants to rock the boat until Paypal screw them over, it is hard to persuade sellers who have rarely had a problem to see where others are coming from.
