hey guys, first im an aussie so things will be slightly different for the 2 of us. well anyways i have AU$1000 to invest and i want to sell stuff like health products like fish oil or skin care products etc etc. Problem is im completely stuck and have no clue where to start, ive been wandering around many sites for a long time now and seen many wholesale lists which i cant tell wheather they are scams or not.

Start with market research!

If you want to sell fish oil, skin care products you want to know about that market as much as possible - what are top sellers, competitors, industry news, trade shows etc.

Basically only after you have gained knowledge in a particular market, you can start looking for product suppliers. Of course - only if you want to be good @ what you're doing and make most out of it!

To make some extra cash, all it can take is just look @ eBay's advanced search data - look for products that sell, get them cheaper and list for a profit.

Brainstorm, brainstorm, brainstorm...

Start from the market - then look for the products.
