Why should they have to use paypal? Why can't they use other payment providers?

We have free trade over here.

I'd tell you to go and complain to the competitions commission, but I'd bet my life someone already has. You can try tho.

I'm happy with the free market. Goverment intervention should only happen in extreme circumstances.

Paypal/ebay still offer value for money.
