It's a bit of a give away to say (bottom of the page) that others have been ripping off his description. Implies that he's selling this same template every week.
Also, although he says he's selling a business, he's shown no proof that it's up and running and earning an income. In fact it isn't because there are zero cars advertised on it. He's selling a template only!
And, as he's obviously been doing this for a while, wouldn't you think he'd take a few minutes to proof-read his description and correct all the mistakes in punctuation, spelling and grammar?
