Hi People

What started as a hobby has become a very serious business. I started like most people selling bits from my house that i did not need, i am now approaching a turn over for this financial year over half milloin pounds. With this brings alot of work, no life, working 7 days a week to keep up with orders, emails etc.

Because of this i now employ 2 people full time, along with some help with my immediate family.

What i need your help and advice with is further streamlining my business. I use all the seller tools provided by ebay, i have third party accounting tool etc. I have a royal mail account who come and pick up my parcels. Any other ideas i could implement?? Anyone else in a similair position and how they tackle things?

It aint all doom and gloom, there are many upsides to all thisl, my life aint all bad, at the tender age of 26 i run my own business and be in the fortunate position to purchase my baby, FERRARI F430, could be alot worser!

Any tips, ideas etc will be greatly appreciated.

Amar, I notice you have a habit of chucking in a question and never coming back to read the answer - or that's how it seems. You asked about setting up a web site then ignored the advice.

Examples:
http://traderonlineforum.com/index.php?showtopic=6006
http://traderonlineforum.com/index.php?showtopic=5502
http://traderonlineforum.com/index.php?showtopic=4397
http://traderonlineforum.com/index.php?showtopic=3059
http://traderonlineforum.com/index.php?showtopic=1428
http://traderonlineforum.com/index.php?showtopic=1429
http://traderonlineforum.com/index.php?showtopic=2962

It's important not simply to chuck in questions but to come back and report on the outcome.

You have not divulged what your business is.

You never reply, even with thanks for the time it takes people to answer your questions!

It's a two-way street. Even a one word reply with "Thanks!" would suffice.
