amazon sellers - get some of your neg feedback removed

I don't know if everyone here knows but if you get a neg or neutral that is purely related to the product itself, if you phone amazon they will get it removed for you straight away. They class these as product reviews and the feedback system is purely for quality of service.

Can be very helpful.
