Re: How to take good eBay Product Photos without a Lightbox
Uhhhhh..... I've got a pink bathtub...
Something I did: I start taking pictures of every videogames I was selling. As a starting Ebayer I would just lay them on my kitchen table. There's a sheet on it in blue with yellow flowers. Appearently this gives a good contrast with most games. I've tried taking pictures on several coloured backgrounds, including white but I don't think this is very beautifull for games. Guess the pictures are ok. I started to see my pictures everywhere, even in Holland (I'm from Belgium).
I didn't want to watermark my pictures, to much of a trouble. Some people add a small piece of paper with their Ebayname. I find this is a bit too amatouristic. So I took a picture of the sheet on my table. I put that as a background in a Worddocument and added my shoplogo to the document. I went to a copy center to have this printed out in A3-format and I had it plastified. It's just big enought to take a picture without noticing anything. My logo is on each picture and I have no work on my computer to wartermark them.
