i had a message from ebay saying that someone had used my account to try and sell there items and that i had to change my password etc.
ebay said that my paypal account or any personal info has not been accessed.
so looking at another forum i am a member on and apparantly using goofbay,justsnipe and auctiva has caused the problem for hundreds of people having there ebay accounts hacked.
goofbay in there wisdom have supposedly added/updated there anti virus but the others are still considered unsafe to use

Was it a genuine email from ebay?

Logon to Ebay and see if there is a message on ebay regarding this. If there is follow the instructions.

If there isnt, delete the email.

Honestly!!! It sounds just like crap to me because i get bunch of smiler emails when to comes to ebay or paypal accounts and they all go to the junk mail.

I just think its a fake email!!

message was from ebay, theres a whole bunch of people on money saving expert forum who have had similar problems lately.
