Scheduled start

I have an Ebay shop and yesterday was listing something as an auction(normally all my stuff is fixed price). I wanted to schedule the start time for the evevning but was suprised to find that the schedule start time option was not there. Is it not available for Ebay shop users? and if so, why?

Have they removed the option for scheduled start times and I've just missed it or what
