Attention Seller:
Thank you for choosing to sell on eBay.
To help protect both buyers and sellers, we may place limits on sellers' accounts. You can't list any more of these items for 30 days.
If your selling history of these items has been consistently positive, we might be able to raise your limit. If you'd like us to review your limit or have any questions about this, please email us and we'll be happy to help.

We look forward to a successful relationship with you.

i.e its not a business account. To sell to make profit on ebay you must have a registered business account.
A personal account would be the standard account buyers would have who may want to sell the odd item occasionally - your not surposed to be running a business off it really.

There aren't many rescritions on the quantity in a business account (as long as the item is legal and obides ebays laws).

I would reccomend getting a business account, if your looking to start a small business selling a lot of one item - this is playing by the book.

Are you over 18? If not you could register the account in a family/friends name.

I got that notice too. I just sold the item somewhere else, but thanks for clarifying the business account thing. Ebay didn't explain it very well.
