Hello,

A few weeks ago, i started using a 3rd party ebay application, that puts a scrolling gallery on my listings, then i signed up for auctiva,

But because i dont want these on my listings anymore, i have gone into my ebay prefs and disabled them both,

But they are still staying on my listings.

It was around 1 week ago i cancelled them.

How do i get rid/

Mitch

I'm pretty sure that you have to revise the listing and remove the auctiva part from the listing's description. However if the listing has sold an item you will not be able to edit the description. If this is the case you will have to end the item and relist, however I would not do this as you will lose your popularity score.

Not sure here - sorry Mitch...

What i will recommend is not to use them, especially things like "sniper" as these can cause eBay accounts to be suspended.

Terapeak & eBay is all you need - keep it simple, not need to get pimped up.

Is Terapeak even worth the dosh? Looking at the demos it looks a bit crappy.

EDIT To keep on-topic, I've had a look myself, and the only place I can see to Revoke authorisation from third party programs is if you go to
Account Tab - General Preferences/ Third-party authorisations - Click the Show link and choose which applications to revoke, and click Apply.

Though you've probably already done this?
