Think if your a member for over a month you can use BIN auctions. Only limitations are on new members and certain auction upgrades like featured first etc.

His products appear to be genuine but you can buy them from this site at a cheaper rate http://www.goldgenie.com/nintendo-wii-p-53.html. Not very clever his photos give away where he is sourcing his products.
