Not got an exact template - im a chartered accountant so just giving a heads up.

You just need to record, Qty, price/unit, total, xchange rate (if non £) and total cost.

Then, selling price, ebay fees, paypal fees, delivery costs etc

One minus the other should be what goes through bank.

To set up bank rec, just have Income (net figure above) less any other costs, and payments made. Difference should be what sits in bank.

i would like to see an example of the spreadsheet as i am trying to produce a software for book keeping especially for ebay/amazon resellers. This is part of my A2 computer science project and just doing my research to gain an understanding of what columns, rows, forumlas i should include. thanks.
