Personally I like the fact that for personal sales with starting prices of £1 and below you don't need to pay any listing fees and £0.10 for business sellers isn't too bad either. I'm not too happy about the free p+p rule being introduced though because then obviously postage costs will have to be integrated into your starting price, which can potentially put buyers off...

Isn't postage exempt from FVF at the moment? So this means you will be paying a higher FVF if you then lump your postage charge in with your buy it now price, very sneaky Ebay!

Exactly, so higher fees here we come! Oh dear, I think I am going to have to spend a lot of £££ promoting my sites now.

But the new system will work equally good/bad for all sellers - so prices will adjust accordingly.
