eBay new features
Anyone seen the new ebay features. Some are good, some are bad.
From June the customer will have a returns button so they can send stuff back.
Smart FAQ and auto answer is a good idea. I already pay for this service with another company.

Why should buyers have to offer Free Postage & Packaging ? At the end of the day, it's their choice about how much they charge for postage.

Because it gives buyers an easy price comparison. It is hard when you see £25.99 and £18.99 plus £6.99 which is cheapest at a glance.

They do already have a search function that allows you to search by lowest plus postage. But the default search is best match that means different postage prices are shown.
