Hi,

When I have one or two lines in another language, I use online translator which has been working just fine until now

Can someone please translate the below for me?

'Si me fie de ti y no se ni pk lo ya que sto me a salido muy mal, al parecer ser te aprovexaste de mis wenas acciones y solo me as mandao uno de los tres juegos, que ago entoncs? pierdo yo?'

I am dealing with one PayPal dispute at the moment. The customer bought 3 games from me under 3 different ebay IDs. He bought exactly the same games under his A,B and C account. And sold them all under C account. He was buying to re-sell them.

I posted his first item on 19th March when he paid. He sent me a message on 27/03, asking me to leave him postive feedback. Then he bought 2 more items under B (27/03)and C (28/03) account. He didn't pay for one week. Ignored all my messages. So I opened a case to which he responded with payment for B on 07/04 and C 08/04. He even emailed me to close the case on 17/04. Never mentioned about the 1st item not being delivered. I know he received all 3!

All of a sudden, on 3rd May I got a non receipt dispute for the 1st item from PayPal. That's 46 days after he made the payment! And this is all he had to say opening his PayPal dispute. 'Hola, algun problema con el envio?' How annoying! I even sent a really nice 'thank you' note with 3rd game as he bought 3 games from me. And this is all he has to say!

Honestly, if he didn't receive the 1st item, buying two more games would be the last thing he had in his mind without making an enquiry at all! I know he is trying on and may just need to take it - not worth the time and effort to put in but I don't want to let my reply encourage him to open 2 dispute for two more games. That's £120 out

Can he still dispute since it's over 45 days after his payment?

Thanks for any help. I tried over 12 online translators but none seemed to make any sense. WHF is my last resort

Hope someone can help me out.

Thank you again!

It just says "Hello, There is a problem with the shipment"

Did you send registered air mail?

I give all my customers 2 options, one by Royal Mail Airmail (Small Packets) and the other by Royal Mail International Signed for. They usually go for Airmail (Small Packets) as it's cheaper. I take my chance as this means more sales. Can't avoid 'rogue buyer' at times. In this case, I don't want to end up giving money back for all 3 games.

I got that part right from online translator - thank you. The one I need help with is in the middle.

Copy and paste it here again.

'Si me fie de ti y no se ni pk lo ya que sto me a salido muy mal, al parecer ser te aprovexaste de mis wenas acciones y solo me as mandao uno de los tres juegos, que ago entoncs? pierdo yo?'

Much appreciated!

As everyone knows, no signature at the clients end then paypal will always find in his favour.

Learn from it, take away the choice and only offer signed for service.

You'll always get someone like that. When selling on eBay it is very common to have buyers who don't pay / people who want everyone to be perfect / buyers who do charge backs for no apparent reason etc

Put this as experience and remember to use postal services which require the customers signature.

Lol 12? You're screwed then.

It could be down to his bad grammer.

My advice to you would be to cover your own arse and use international signed for.
