I suppose it is down to the individual.I make 3 times the amount of money on Amazon and than I do on ebay but my Play sales are even better. They are totally hassle free and a real good alternative.I got totally sickened with the ebay/paypal fee holding thing.

Are you sure this is not a breach of ebay policy?

I know mate what you mean,
But i hope so not.
Once a seller is blocked and mind you they dont even notify you like ebay does and gives you a chance of correcting an error.and amazon holds money for 90days.
imagine a small seller who all profit is gonna be held for 90days.what he'll be feeling.

i bet you will agree one day.
why am i saying?
coz ebay does not sell but amazon sells and they can wipe a seller away if concerns their own sellings.
My advise dont list against them and wish you best of luck................

I suspect that they jack up the fees for items that they don't want strong competition in, like games. Consumer electronics fee is 11% normal seller, 8% for private, yet 17.25% for games.
