Well i've orderd some stock from china... but i've just released i might be loseing money per item on ebay (Low cost items) Would it be easier with amazon?

Heres my first few ideas to do..

Get creative with my own website more profit for me + To monitor my sales easier
Get with amazon seems to be a good website But to many people buy from the other sellers? not the "Fetured ones?"
ANd ebay Im not sure if i Want to go with them because they will take around 33% Of my sales which is not fair

Thanks,

George - AKA - Popcorn

Ebay dont take anything like 33% of sales - usually 10-13% if you include paypal - what are you selling ?

I would suggest trying any you can think of.

Then after a few weeks see which is working best.

If you're putting up a website use ebay to drive people to it. I've been doing this for ages and it works. I sell through my shop on ebay. When someone buys something I then send them thank you emails with my web address on. I send them a thank you letter with my web address on and a gift of 10% off anything on my website. Over the months I continue to up sell to them via email and direct mail. My objective is to take them away from ebay and direct them to my site. it works.
The cost of selling on ebay is better than spending money on untargeted adds in local papers etc. And you make a profit at the same time. Use Ebay like a great fishing ground. Just drop your net in and wait for it to fill.

The money is deposited into your Amazon account and from there, you can send the funds to your bank account.

I think Amazon is better for a newer seller. The system is MUCH simpler and easier. I find it very irritating how eBay is separate to Paypal and the problems caused by that. Amazon is dead simple.
