eBay is a complete mess at times.
Completely agree that whereas some listings are pulled, others are left running when they do the EXACT same thing.

I guess to be safe, these XBOX Live sellers will need PHYSICAL stock of the cards, which wont be as effective for many sellers as I often see people on the forums saying "need XBOX live codes URGENTLY"

Has ebay taken any of your listings down?
Could you not offer a 'physical' code by sending a copy in the post (possibly at buyers request)?
You could sell these from a website, though getting the traffic may be an issue.

Was just about to buy into this market, think I'll give it a miss for a few weeks to see how this pans out

Wait until the policy becomes 'concrete'.
I dont deal with XBOX Live anymore anyway...just thought I'd give everyone the heads up.

Looks like they are already clamping down.
Did you ever offer physical delivery, or just digital? Because digital downloads have been banned for a while now.

I had my ad pulled for offering digital delivery last month, but I just reworded it and it's been fine.
95% of buyers send a message asking for it to be emailed so I think they know the score....
