First of all i would like to ask why you posted a thread on here asking for advice? You clearly have no intention of taking any, you have been patronizing and rude to everyone who dared to slightly disagree with you or feel that you would lose your fight against Ebay. RWA made a point that you could learn from.....RESPECT PEOPLE'S OPIONIONS!!!

Your postal argument is neither wrong or right, as long as your postage rules are clearly specified then it's up to the person who buys from you to adhere to that (which does not mean that agree with your postage rules). Personally it would put me off buying from you and i think you may have more problems in the future, even if it's after your next 2200 sales!

As for taking on Ebay, that's your decision and good luck to you.....although my opinion is that you will most probably lose!

Toys and pram come to mind!

PS If you lose are you going to find a way to take the justice system to court?

No that states consequential loss for up £10,000 , it doesn't mean you are compensated upto £10,000. That means if there are any further consequences after the loss.
I'm not quite sure how you managed to stay so respectful. Seems like Bueonic has no respect for anyone, but he certainly rates himself highly!!!

RUDE!
