Take time to describe your products.....
Well this is a first...
One of our dropship customers received the following feedback for a Terminator Head Knocker:
"FAULTY ITEM - HEAD WOBBLES"
Surely people know that this is the whole point of Head Knockers & Bobble Heads? The head is meant to wobble!!!

Sell to so many people and you'll always get some idiots. Clearly that buyer is, amazing that people don't get the term bobblehead.
I had a similar (no where near as funny) example the other day of that, "Great item not sealed only in plastic wrapping" & it was a PS3 game. Clearly the buyer throught it was an Xbox 360 game (even with PS3 all over the item and listing) and thought it should have an extra seal. You just cannot please everyone.
