Default Will I still be charged?

I had loads of tickets for sale and had about 19 at one go on Ebay, thing is I had them in papers for sale and otehr places. Basically I got a phone call asking could someone come and buy a ticket off me and said yes and sold the ticket thinking all my auctions were paid for but one wasn't.

I'm just wondering if I cancel the transaction will I still be charged by Ebay?

Case type: Cancel transaction

To send a request to cancel this transaction to the buyer, select a reason and click the Send request button.

If the buyer agrees to cancel the transaction eBay will issue a final value fee credit.

Then offer him some extra money as compensation; it's as a result of you that he's not getting his ticket, so as a buyer, I would reasonably expect you to either buy me that ticket from another auction, or give him a refund plus extra. The loss that you would have is worth it to keep your reputation as a quality seller.
