The buyer on ebay do not pay for me for several days after he has make the auction.how should I do.
If I resend the advertisement to the ebay, should I need to pay fee for ebay one more time.because the buyer do not pay,so the transaction is not successful.

Hi Caltechmall.
Sadly to hear stories like this one.

Actually If the auction winner does not pay for the item, eBay may credit the Final Value Fee,
but listing fees are non refundable. However, you can relist the item for free.

Let me explain how you can do this.

You need to file an unpaid item case in My eBay to get your Final Value
Fee credit. The resolution process provides a structured and impartial
way to manage communication with the buyer if you have a problem with a
sale.

To open a case, go to My eBay > Account > Resolution Centre.

There are two options, choose this one - "I sold an item - I haven't received my payment yet"

This is the best way to resolve things with the buyer if they haven't
paid. Opening a case triggers an email to the buyer asking them to pay,
or get in touch with you. If they don't pay and/or don't respond, you
can close the case. You'll get a Final Value Fee credit and the buyer
will get an unpaid item strike.

Here's how the resolution process works:

You can file an unpaid item case between seven and 45 days after the end
of the listing. (You don't have to wait seven days if you and the buyer
have agreed to cancel the sale, or if the buyer is no longer a
registered member.)

When you open a case, the buyer gets an email asking them to communicate
directly with you. If you told us that you've agreed to cancel the
transaction, the email asks the buyer to confirm this.

You can close the case and get a final value fee credit after the buyer
has responded to the case at least once, or if they don't respond within
seven days. You need to close the case within 60 days of the end of the
listing or it will close automatically without a credit.

Here's how to relist an item after an unpaid item case:

Once you've closed the unpaid item case and received a credit for your
Final Value Fee, you can relist the item. You must do this within 90
days of the end of the original listing. You'll be charged a second
Insertion Fee, which we'll credit back to your account if the item
sells. Please note that only the first relisting of an item is eligible
for this credit, and the relisted item must be listed in auction format.

To relist, go to My eBay and find the relevant item. Click the "Relist"
option in the drop-down menu next to the item and follow the
instructions.

You must use this Relist function in My eBay to receive the Insertion
Fee credit. If you copy and paste the content of the original listing
into a brand new listing, it won't count as the same item.

Hope it helps.
