Hmm, I'l double check, but last time I tried it it wouldn't accept any other value for international postage other than '0'.
I've thought about losing a few £ profit for higher sales etc, but it seems users (from Italy mainly!) start filing 'item not received' claims after two weeks or so. So just a few of those and all those higher sales balance out or worse off.
Even International Signed For is not enough to stop these claims, the only to stop those claims is to use proof of delivery (RM Airsure etc)
