Hi guys,

I've searched around but couldn't find anything that answered my questions fully. My eBay business has grown quite a bit recently, and I am ready to step up a notch and actually start marketing and keeping better records of my auctions, rather than just buying a couple of stuff and selling it.

I am looking for a good, reasonably priced (or ideally free) piece of software which will do the following:

* Create newsletters to send to customers who have bought items from me.
* Send automated invoices, payment reminders, and shipping and feedback notices.
* Automatically list items.

Also it would be a nice bonus if they also included the following:

* Market research.
* Template designers.
* Sales reports and analysis.
* Image hosting
* Inventory.
* And any other useful tool not mentioned.

If anyone knows of any software which has some, or ideally all of the above please let me know.

eBays own selling manager pro does most of those things.

i am trying to make this sort of thing of my computer science project . but will take time to complete. i need a user to help me produce it. the user will provide me with feedback when i show them the program for testing. pm me if interested.
