Have you officially been banned from eBay or was your account suspended? If your account was suspended, a lot of times it is only suspended pending verification. Usually their verification process isn't tough but might take a week or so. They will request information verifying that you own the stock that you were selling as well as verification of your identidy. Once completed, your account is set back with full functionality.

Also, are you sure it was for selling yoru phone? If you don't pay your eBay fees, your account is suspended until you pay them.

I don't think Amazon are taking any more electrical sellers anymore. I've been suspended from ebay before and they normally just stop you from trading for a month before allowing you back on. Good luck!

They must have given you a reason why you were banned?

That would be ?

Do you mean to say that Amazon isn't taking any more electronics sellers at all? Is this because of too many fraudulent transactions happening while people are conversing on the web-site?

This is similar to Alibaba's recent deleting of trade leads of sellers selling iPods, XBOXes, etc.

Probably it`s ebay's Verified Rights Owner (VeRO) Program.
They can shut down auctions for Copyright and Trademark violations.

It`s a lot more difficult to sell name brand products under all there new rules.

Here`s two links about eBay's`s VeRO program

Never heard of VERO being employed for a mobile phone tbh..

The email from Ebay will have given you the reasons Greg, what did it say...copy and paste if needs be. There has been a purge on account associations recently according to the forums across the net..
