Hi Everyone,

Just thought I would ask for some advice before going ahead with the order I have just got for a new IPhone.

We have just started dealing with Iphones and offered one on Ebay to test the water. Just few minutes ago we sold the first one. However, it turns out to be a new buyer - just registered today, and paid via paypal. Now, I have checked with paypal and the address is ok, the buyer also has a phone number on ebay.

What do you think I should do? Go ahead and post the phone or pull out of the deal before its too late?

I look forward to your replies.

Post to the address on PayPal, obviously send special delivery.

Not much else you can do, But many people join eBay for specific items, I mean there isn't many places you can get iPhones cheaper than ebay!

Good Luck!

i agree with ebaypowerseller, as long as the address is verified and you send via special delivery you shouldnt have a problem.

also agree with people join ebay just for certain things. You may find that they never use or buy anything else over than what they brought when they joined.

Poss withdraw the money to your bank and wait till it clears before you send the phone.
Not so dodgy with a new buyer its a new seller you should watch out for.

Hi,

Thank you for your advice. We are going to go ahead with the order. Just phoned his number on ebay, and was told he wis out until about 6pm. So, asuming its all good. I will get it posted via special delivery and hope for the best.

I just got worried becuase I have heard of so many Iphone scams due to the amount of money they hold.
