I wasn't questioning anyones judgements, i was genuinely curious as i have no clue about designer clothes. I was hoping it would help someone else in a similar situation to me. So, no, it wasn't obvious at all. A tshirt is a tshirt to me, whether its 99p or £999.

I daren't ask next time!

If you haven't seen the goods for yourself, you don't know they are fake. He might be just genuinely having a clearout of some old stock.

You should be concentrating on your own business's instead of trying to ruin someone elses.

Are they definatly fake? Also how can you tell, the pictures weren't too clear.
I'm new to this but what happened to innocent until proven guilty ? If concerned surely they way is to purchase a sample and have them checked. If they are indeed fake can he be reported to Trading Standards (assuming he is in the UK)?

What seems to good to be true, usually is. I bought some from him a month back (curiosity got the better of me), and the shipping details were direct from China. I opened a paypal dispute and i'm still waiting. The item was delivered only yesterday, which I refused to accept ofcourse. This is why we can't get the right prices for our genuine items

I had a nice offer of 1000 SD cards last week, but had to refuse because of all the fakes make the profits too low on ebay. I have never seen an SD card delivered in any original packaging on ebay.
