Old   How can I convince someone these are fake?

Hi all,

Just seen this eBay product: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/WHOLESALE-MENS...d=p3286.c0.m14

I'm assuming that the goods are fake, however I can't easily prove it to one of my potential customers! Unfortunately the goods are in Nottingham so I can't use the "they're coming from China so they're obviously fake" card!

Thanks,
Oli

They say there coming from the US - most likely to be crap.
They say it 'may' take up to 14 days for your goods to arrive - they will be just ordering from china, repackaging and sending off.

Problem is that reporting him wont make a difference as ebay dont check it out for 24/48 hrs after.

All his listings finish in 10hrs lol

Ah well we try

You could buy them and then do a charge back through aypal for being fake, you will then be able to leave him negative feedback to warn others.

He has a lot of feedback and it all seems to be ok.. Surely someone would have noticed that they are fake after purchasing, assuming he has sold similar items before?

Are they definatly fake? Also how can you tell, the pictures weren't too clear.

Its obvious!

that batch of 10 sold for £92/ £9.20 each. Now tell me he bought them wholesale at say £6 to make 3.20 each then fees on top. These are NOT loss leaders if thats all he sells.

Hes got 15 on another listing for BIN £145/£9.66 each to be exact.

I challenge anyone to find legit RL polos for £6 each. Nope thought not.

Feedback does not mean anything, The way all them ebayers see it is they have what to them seems a real RL polo for £10, Who are they to complain if they dont really give a monkeys aslong as it looks and feels the same.

Sorry for the rant but i cant stand to see these guys profiting when theres legit people selling them at £50/60 and getting no sales because people always buy the cheap fake *****

Damn shame! Why are you snitching?! You have no proof of what they are selling is fake! This is why eBay sucks. Too many crybabies who are mad because they can't make a dollar, so they try to stop another person from providing for their family. Makes me sick! Damn RAT!
